RS999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the RS999 platform, including the website at rs999.world and all associated services, games, and features. By accessing or using RS999 in any capacity, you enter into a legally binding agreement with RS999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

RS999 operates a real-money online gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting, crash games, virtual sports, ludo, and baccarat to players in Pakistan. All services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above.

RS999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the RS999 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use RS999's real-money services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all RS999 accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You may hold only one account on RS999. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. RS999 reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number for account verification. This number will be used for OTP-based two-factor authentication.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. RS999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Accounts are for personal use only. You may not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
• RS999 may, at its discretion, decline or close any registration without providing a reason.

Upon registration, players will be required to pass a mobile OTP verification step. Full identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal above the standard threshold is processed — see Section 3 for full KYC details.

RS999 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. We may request identity documentation from any player at any time, and we are required to do so before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Documents typically requested include:

• Copy of valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Selfie photograph holding your CNIC
• Proof of payment method — screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account matching the name on your RS999 account

KYC documents must be submitted through the secure document upload portal in your RS999 account settings. RS999 will review submitted documents within 24 to 48 hours. We will never request documents via WhatsApp, email attachments, or any unofficial channel.

All deposits on RS999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards
• Deposits are credited to your RS999 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• RS999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are separate and beyond RS999's control.
• The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name and match your RS999 account name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• RS999 reserves the right to return a deposit and close the associated account if it suspects the payment method does not belong to the account holder.

RS999 aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The following rules and processing times apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Processing time — Easypaisa/JazzCash/NayaPay/SadaPay: under 30 minutes, 24/7
• Processing time — IBFT bank transfer: 1 to 2 hours (may vary by bank)
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your name that matches your RS999 account details.
• RS999 does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount requested will be sent to your payment account.
• Withdrawals of Rs 50,000 and above require successful KYC verification (see Section 3) before they will be processed.
• If a bonus was active at the time of the withdrawal request, the withdrawal will only be permitted once the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• RS999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This may extend processing time by up to 48 hours in exceptional cases.

RS999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Promotions page:

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by RS999 carry a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus-funded balance. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must place a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type will not count towards wagering requirements.
• RS999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonus funds will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard expiry is 7 days from the date of award.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds above the maximum withdrawal cap stated in each promotion will be forfeited.
• Players who are identified as bonus abusers — including those using multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or systematically exploiting promotions — will have all bonus winnings voided and accounts reviewed.
• RS999 may, at its discretion, exclude players from specific promotions or from all promotional activity based on playing patterns.

RS999 offers a variety of game types. The following general rules apply across all games. Specific rules for individual games are available within the game interface:

• All RS999 games are either provably fair (with verifiable cryptographic proofs) or independently certified by third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect certified long-term averages.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, that particular game round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings from a void round will not be paid.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection on the player's side, the game outcome will be determined according to the game's standard rules. RS999 is not liable for outcomes affected by the player's internet connection or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.
• RS999 uses game software provided by licensed third-party providers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game provider's specific rules, the game provider's rules apply for that game.
• RS999 reserves the right to remove or temporarily disable any game from the platform without notice.

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting and virtual sports betting on RS999:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the RS999 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid.
• All odds offered by RS999 are quoted in decimal format. The decimal includes your stake (e.g., 2.00 means you receive double your stake on a winning bet, including your original stake).
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• RS999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was cancelled, suspended, or whose outcome was affected by extraordinary circumstances.
• In virtual sports, all results are determined by a certified RNG. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. Virtual event results are final once the simulation is complete.
• In the event of an obvious error in posted odds (such as a technical glitch displaying incorrect values), RS999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet was already settled.
• Maximum winnings per bet may be subject to caps. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the bet placement interface.

RS999 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring. Players are equally responsible for keeping their accounts secure:

• Use a strong, unique password for your RS999 account. Do not use the same password you use for other websites.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. This is available in your account security settings and is strongly recommended.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to be RS999 staff. RS999 support agents will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact RS999 support immediately via live chat. We will suspend the account pending investigation.
• RS999 is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or allowing third-party access to their account.

RS999 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. Using these tools is encouraged and carries no restrictions on your account:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Activated immediately, can be reduced at any time, increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits — automatic stops when net losses in a set period reach your threshold.
• Session time limits — on-screen reminders and optional logouts after set playing durations.
• Cooling-off periods — 24-hour, 72-hour, or 7-day breaks. Account access is suspended immediately and cannot be overridden during the chosen period.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or defined-term exclusion from RS999. Once activated for a period of more than 6 months, RS999 will not accept re-registration requests until the period has fully elapsed.

RS999 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling. If our team identifies behaviour that suggests a player may be experiencing difficulties, we may proactively contact that player and recommend responsible gaming tools. In serious cases, we may apply limits without a player request.

RS999 may suspend or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Operating more than one account on RS999
• Evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraud
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive conduct towards RS999 staff

In cases where an account is closed due to a player breach, RS999 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances. Real-money deposits that were not funded by bonus activity will be returned to the player after investigation.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting RS999 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity interruptions that are outside RS999's reasonable control
• Loss of winnings due to the player's own internet connection failures or device malfunctions
• Incorrect information provided by the player during registration or KYC
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to secure their credentials
• Any game outcome determined by a certified RNG or live dealer result that the player disputes on subjective grounds

In all cases, RS999's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

RS999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, RS999 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where changes are significant
• Provide a summary of key changes in the notification

Your continued use of RS999 after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
